CanAm handles all aspects of surface and mineral acquisition for natural resource companies all over the domestic United States and in offshore waters (State and Federal).  CanAm works for small independent exploration and production companies, geologist, mid-sized independent and publically traded exploration companies, gas storage/ financial companies, investment trusts, landowners/ mineral owners, timber companies, and very large publically traded Integrated Oil and Gas Companies.

CanAm Energy Services, LP designs and implements custom reporting systems required by their clients.

CanAm prides itself on design and implementation of detailed all-encompassing project reporting, which means that all answers are at the fingertips of Land Managers requiring very little review or prep time to become the expert of their area of interest. At a glance Land Managers are experts with all details of the project at hand.

For example, our Master Mineral Ownership Report (MMOR) is an all-inclusive reporting sustem that contains all needed information on all parcels of land in an "Area of Interest". MMORs can be used for many projects associated with exploration and production, including; Leasing, Seismic Acquisition, Right of Way Aquisition, and Drill Title Acquisition Projects. The MMOR includes necessary information to be used throughout the exploration and production process including leasing, ownership, permitting, unitization, and funding and royalty payment information.

Our MMOR contains Mineral Ownership Information for each individual tract of land included in an Area of Interest or in a Unit. It is an all-encompassing report that contains the infomation provided in our standard individual tract Mineral Ownership Reports (MOR's), but much more.

Our MMOR includes surface owner names and contact information, mineral owner names and contact information, gross acreage for each tract, net acreage owned by each owner, OGL lease status, and tracking of all title work including date initiated, date completed, and date accepted by client and funded. Our MMORs also include all information related to any lease offer made and/or accepted, dates ratifications are executed and recorded, dates new leases are executed and recorded, as well as information on the individual leases including lease terms, lease special provisions, and any additional information that any particular project might require.

Funding information and lease terms on our MMOR can be utilized for creation of the 1099 for mineral owner's bonus payments, as well as, creation of the final ownership "deck" for production payment and tax purposes.

All reports are accompanied by professionally created maps covering the geographic area of a project and our reports correspond to each map and each parcel of land by color code and number.

With our system any Land Manager can and will become the project expert over any area with absolutely no prep time, as all questions can be answered on the fly by simply refering to the details of the reports.
